The Seventh Reaper - Red Chimichurri Sauce

As seen on Hot Ones Season 18!

The Seventh Reaper is inspired by an Argentine red chimichurri. This frighteningly delicious sauce layers flavor from herbs, garlic, onion, vegetable broth and more atop a tomato and grapeseed oil base. It's killer on scorched carcass fresh off the grill (veggies, too!), as well as on sandwiches, tacos, shrimp, and eggs, and in Blood Marys.
