Shipping

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sauceleopard@gmail.com with your name and order number. 

Lost Packages

We cannot refund or replace items marked as delivered by the carrier. Please make sure to provide a valid address with secure delivery at checkout. If your package does not arrive, and you need help filing a claim, email sauceleopard@gmail.com.
